I am a few months behind everyone, but I finally found the lace skirt that got raving reviews from nearly every petite that tried it on. I think it looks more flattering in real life than in pictures and I love that it's fully lined.

I didn't realize this until earlier today when I wore it out but I had trouble climbing into cabs because it's a slim fitting pencil skirt (duh) which I am sure made for some pretty entertaining moments for those who had the (mis)fortune of witnessing me try to get into the backseat of a cab.

See it on Kelly (she did a very thorough review of the skirt, including measurements and fabric content), Cher, and Ping. Also, for those of you who love colorful belts, H&M has some for only $5.95. I got the green and really wanted to get some in orange and red but there are none left in smaller sizes.

The top is from J. Crew factory store online (about $30?). The size 0 is HUGE. I wouldn't recommend it to you unless you are really tall. It looks ok tucked in and under a blazer but on its own it's a disappointment. Too long and too wide and armholes too large. The ruffles are pretty so I kept it.
